Standard production typically takes 3-5 business days depending on the wristband material and customization complexity. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Yes, our Tyvek, Plastic, and Silicone wristbands are 100% waterproof and designed to withstand various environments, including water parks and outdoor festivals.
Can I include my own logo or specific branding on the bands?
Absolutely. Our online design tool allows you to upload high-resolution logos, choose custom fonts, and select specific colors to match your brand identity.
What is your return policy for custom orders?
Since custom wristbands are manufactured to your specific requirements, they are non-returnable. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large events?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing models. The more wristbands you order, the lower the price per unit becomes. Contact our sales team for quotes on orders exceeding 10,000 units.
