At Wristband Resources, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order; if you are not, we offer a straightforward return process for all non-customized stock items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are stock products in their original, unopened packaging, as custom-printed or used wristbands are not eligible for return.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required to process your refund efficiently.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
